This website is owned and operated by Right to the Heart Ministries, a 501 © 3, as well as our brands AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association, Arise Esther, Arise Esther Evening, Arise U and all courses therein, as well as Leading Hearts, Arise Daily, Peace Quiz, God Test, Golden Scroll Awards, Christian Market Book Awards)  (“Right to the Heart Ministries,” “we”, “our” or “us”). Our Site and Services, defined below, are intended for users in the United States.
As a nonprofit that supports events, courses, classes, awards shows, our associations, members, conferences, and readers of our free e-subscription magazine and free e-devotional. We at Right to the Heart Ministries recognize the importance of data privacy compliance and take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes the types of personal information (as defined below) that we collect, how we use it, how and when we share it, and the rights you have regarding your information. It also explains how we use the information to communicate with you and how you can make requests to us about your information. Donor Privacy Policy
Right to the Heart Ministries uses your information to understand your needs and interests and provide you with better service.

We do not share or sell our donors’ personal information. Any contribution information is kept in strict confidence and is not shared with anyone outside of Right to the Heart Ministries.
This policy applies to all information received by Right to the Heart Ministries, both online and offline. Any online donation information received through a third-party service provider will be used only for processing the donation.

This is a description of the information we may collect from you through our Site or Services, including Personal Information.
When You Provide Your Information
When you interact with our Sites or Services through webforms or inputs/uploads on our Site, telephone calls, letters, emails and other communications, we may collect Personal Information:

  • Financial information.  Such as any payment information which includes but is not limited to your credit card or debit card number, online payment service payment information, as well as bank account information, including checking transactions to and from our accounts.  We will also collect your payment, service, and purchase history; 
  • Social media information. Such as your social media handles, content and other data shared with us through third-party features that you use on our Site or Services (such as tools, widgets and plug-ins offered by social media services like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) or posted on social media pages (such as our social media page or other pages accessible to us); 
  • Other information. Such as information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally or identify your household or device.
Automatically Collected Information
Like many organizations, we and our service providers may automatically collect and/or store certain information when you visit or interact with the Site or Services (“Usage Information”). This Usage Information may be stored and/or accessed from your personal computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or other device (a “Device”) whenever you visit or interact with our Site. Usage Information may include:
  • Your IP address, IDFA, Android/Google Advertising ID, IMEI, or another unique identifier.
  • Your Device location or other location information, including the zip code, state or country from which you accessed the Site or Services.

Do Not Track
Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) option, however there is no agreed upon standard of practice for how websites like ours should process a DNT.  Currently, our websites do not monitor or take an action to these signals or other mechanisms.

Services Providers

We share information about your use of our Site and Services, and your interaction with our ads on other websites with our advertising partners, like Facebook, to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. While our site is intended for users in the United States, this section of our Privacy Notice applies if you are a data subject who resides or is in the European Economic Area (“EEA”). All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or those of our third-party data storage providers.

California Privacy Rights
This section of our Privacy Notice applies to consumers who reside in California. We adopt this section to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Reform Act (“CPRA”).

We collect certain types of Personal Information about you during your relationship with us, as stated above.
